“The Blue and Gold Standard” was designed to express the identity of a blossoming band program in only their 2nd year of existence.
After the inaugural show “Choose Joy” (learn more HERE) elevated the program to UIL 4A Area D Finals, our 2nd year together was about defining the standard.
The dynamic leaders of the Freeman High School Band sought to create a show that included a wide variety of music to reflect the vibrancy and diversity of their campus and band program, including jazz standards, contemporary wind band literature & pop music. The concept was then solidified by referencing the school’s colors (Blue and Gold) to create the visual identity of the show.
